Pet Policy

Up to 1 dog or cat per resident is allowed. 50 lb weight limit. $300 initially, $30 per month pet rent. Service Animals and Certified Emotional Support Animals (ESA) Allowed, check with on-site management for information regarding ESAs or service animal. RESTRICTED ANIMAL LIST (Included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bulls Rottweilers German Shepherds Huskies Malamutes Dobermans Chowchows St. Bernard’s Great Danes Akitas Terriers (Staffordshire) American Bull Dog Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Please contact the leasing office for a specific list of restricted breeds. Fine for not picking up after dog: $150
